WISH CRYSTAL - release in March?

Once upon a time, in Ancient Early June, a crystal was promised to the player base. This crystal, called the wish crystal, would spin on a pool of 30 champions selected by the Summoner. Alas, in present day, it is called the Wish Crystal for other reasons.

The last I heard officially was the Dev Diary Fall check in, where it was said the target was "early 2021" which I interpret to be Q1, because it also said there was a possibility due to development requirements it could be delayed a quarter, which would be Q2, or April to June 2021.
