*Note, the best unduped cosmic is CGR, best duped without suicides, Hype, Duped with Suicides, Corvus*
4. CMM, Duped Sparkles is on the same level as unduped CGR imo

Totally agree with this, but I'd swap 1 and 2 around overall having corvus with suicides over hype without if that makes sense. Corvus is still the best cosmic in the game and the top 4 are pretty clearly locked in and ahead of the rest of the class.

I meant if you rum suicides, Corvus is best.

If you dont run them, then Hype is the best.

If you have all 3 of them but none awakened, then CGR is the best.

That doesn't mean by any means that I think he's anything but an incredibly good champ but the utility and flexibility that Hype, Corvus, and CMM all have just easily put them ahead of him imo.

For reference I have a R5 sig 200 Hype, CMM, and Corvus (5* CGR only R2 sig 20). I also have R3 max sig CMM, and R3 sig 80 Corvus, and R2 but unduped CGR. So it's not like I'm unfamiliar with all of them at pretty much close to their max current potential

I have 5* rank 5 sig 200 CMM and hyperion. 6* unduped rank 2 corvus and rank 3 duped CGR. I can say without question I've used CGR more while exploring deep act 6 than all 3 of the other champions combined. I feel like people who don't have CGR at a high level don't truly understand how broken his damage output is. It's basically 100% consistent and literally probably twice the damage of hyperion with good RNG, on average higher because we all know you can absolutely get screwed on the heavy furies multiple heavies in a row.

CMM and Corvus I can see being more used if I ran suicides but I don't and their reach simply doesn't cut it for deep act 6 content at least to the point where I'd use them over other top champions I have.

If you play well CGR also has a good amount of utility, bleed/incinerate immunity, very fast armour break stacking for killmongers and blocking out healing with despair, you can cycle his vigilance with almost 100% uptime with synergies, his sig also makes Juggernaut fights very manageable along with vision Aarkus, hyperion, annihilus etc. I'd argue his utility is relevant more often and more diverse than hyperions even though hyperion's utility is more niche therefore arguably more useful if you don't have a very deep roster.

Also 6* rank 3 CGR > rank 5 5* Hyperion and I don't really think that's arguable and since hyperion likely won't be available as a 6* maybe ever CGR IMO is going to cement himself as the top cosmic as more high level content is released

I respect your opinion, but VTD has no solid utility. In no content except incursions and that 1 V5 lane is VTD useful. He might be one of the more overrated cosmics

Yeah even i think he's a bit overrated,maybe I'll put 9th proxima and 10th carnage.I never used to put him in top 10 but then some people bash at me so yeah

People that think CGR is the best are easily fooled by big yellow numbers. I’ve got him as a 6* and going to r3 him, but he doesn’t come anywhere close to Hype.

Hype was so useful for some very difficult paths in act 6 such as stun reflection , lifecycle, or selective timestream .

Also, 90% of the people playing this game overlook Hypes regen. You can basically walk out of each fight with full health, its massive.

Hypes easy access to power gain has so much use. I cheesed v2 adaptoid just sp1 intercepting

The corvus > hype arguments are also nonsense, if hype got released as a 6* , corvus wouldn’t nearly be as hyped as he is.

Nope. Medusa is better than Aarkus, Hyperion is better than CGR and Corvus. CMM is probably better than CGR at that. Surfer is better than Terrax. Proxima is better than Cull
CGR is clear of CMM, but for the most part I agree

Also, Cull and prox deserve higher, both deal insane damage with a lot of utility
The problem with Cull is aside from armour break he kind of needs to ramp up to reach his utility. Which makes it too awkward in my opinion, putting Proxima clear of cull

I don’t have CGR or CMM, but I think CMM’s burst with indestructible might be more valuable. Open to being proved wrong though.

Les't not forget CGR has only been out for a few months so maybe we should give him a while remember doom wasn't all that on initial release now he is arguably 3rd best champ in the game.
But for now personally for me top 4 are:
1. groot/air walker
2.hyperion
3.cgr
4. corvus
There is not much of a gap between 2nd 3rd and 4th but with suicides corvus and hype switch places and 4th and 3rd gap increases

CMM, Corvus and Hyperion all at 5* r5 for a long time.

Hyperion is number 1 for me, so much utility and different ways you can play him. Hits like a truck and carried me through far more content than the other 2.
Ask yourselves why he’s not available as 6*.
