Obvious answers are quake and colossus, but I guess void and magneto could do it under some circumstances. I won a V6 fight with mags with no hits

Well, literally every character can if you only hit into their block, but if you count hitting into their block, you're left with:
Blade
Colossus
Omega
Claire (It'd take a very long time, but you'd just heavy when you're far away from the opponent and let the debuffs tick them down).
Quake
Killmonger
Torch
Korg (If dealing with a low health champ and if he's duped)
Abomination (poison when hit on block)
Ronin (Needs synergy to be able to bleed on Block)
Guardian (needs synergy to be able to Shock on block)
Cable (On Caltrops node while being a Horseman)
Dragon Man (On Crumbling Armor when facing a non science champ).
Man-Thing (Need synergy to be able to Poison on block).
Red-Skull (Need low health champ and parry to inflict power burn damage).
Maw (I guess)
Domino (Crit Fail to death)
Magik (Limbo damage)
Mephisto (Aura)
Void
Mister Fantastic (with full f4 synergy)
Mojo
Sym Supreme (buff heavy champ and damage from entering his nullify phase)
Terrax (Needs to be awakened and against a low health champ)
Vision Aarkus
Any Science & Tech Champ with Mister Fantastic's Power Sting synergy (Just Parry)
That should be all of them, but most of these are extremely impractical.

Magik Limbo could work... not done this myself but ive certainly lost to her by her Limbo damage and not get hit once...

@StevieManWonder Ronin can bleed through block so no synergy needed.

I was counting champions that don't need to hit the opponent's block, so I was referring to his synergy with Nightcrawler and Guilly which gives him a fifty percent chance to bleed the opponent when he blocks an attack.

Hmm, besides what's been mentioned, I can think of a few theoretical possibilities.

Technically, Magik can do this although only to a point (trigger Limbo by gaining power through well-timed blocks, and deliberately dump power by using SP1 or SP2 while nowhere near the opponent).

Vision Aarkus can kill with cold snap.

Iceman can kill with initial cold snap, but only if the target has less health than cold snap damage.

Symbiote Supreme can also kill via nullify. If the target has low enough health and enough starting buffs this can happen instantly at the start of the fight.

Mojo can kill in zero hits with his anti-life field if he gets the right prompts and the opponent has buffs.

Awakened Warlock can theoretically kill with infection but this requires taking tons of hits.

Red Skull can kill using his armor ups and blocking but as he loses an armor up with every blocked hit and only gains them back (in this situation) by gaining a bar of power, this is probably one of the most marginal of theoretically possible ones.

Still missed one, an easy one for when SHOCK OBJECTIVE pops up.

NEBULA (w/ Proxima to start with enough charges right away), just Parry and causes a lot of Shock to complete that Objective quickly.

That's one I use every single time for Shock,
