Guillo 2099 and Warlock are also a good option, but since they are metal, new magnet just kills them.
So my girl claire has immunities, DOT, regen, power control, direct damage, she can be inmortal if played right, buff control and I think she has to be one of the only mystic champs who can deal with Human Torch, not her best fight, but not the worst.
I know this topic is very subjective, and there might not be a definitive answer, but I'm curious to hear what you have to say.
Do you think they are as bad as the community make them out to be?
I also think that in the later game it is more important to be great somewhere than good everywhere, unless you're *really* good everywhere. Domino isn't bad anywhere. Venom is bad in some places: you don't want to be fighting Sym Supreme with Venom, for example. But in exchange for being bad in some places Venom is excellent in many other places. While Domino isn't bad anywhere, I think what she loses is she isn't excellent in as many places as other champs that have weaknesses. It is better to be vulnerable to Kryptonite, if it means you also get to be Superman.
I think Elsa actually has a pretty good set of abilities, and on paper I would probably say she's a much better than average champ, comparable to where Seatin puts "god tier champs" or maybe somewhat higher (in fact, checking this, Seatin has Elsa as a god tier champ, which on his scale is tier 3 of 8: five of his eight tiers are god tiers of some kind).
The problem with Elsa, though, is I think she puts a pretty hefty mental workload on the player to get the most out of her. Relatively speaking there's a lot to keep track of or be aware of to get all of her benefits. It is a problem she shares with Silver Surfer: on paper he has a ton of utility and power, but to actually get it in-game requires very careful and attentive play. I personally find, for example, that she fights with my muscle memory. Almost every champ I play can leverage the instinctive parry/stun + counter sequence, but Elsa *sometimes* triggers her counter-evade and *sometimes* doesn't, and that's something that adds to the mental hurdles for playing her.
I remember when Ghost Rider came out, and some people thought he was worthless and some thought he was very powerful, and the reason for the disparity was due to the fact that he was the first champ whose performance was so heavily reliant on using the right attack rotations based on what you wanted to get out of him. I'm not an expert Elsa player, but I suspect she's in a similar situation. If you don't play her effectively, your experience will tell you her abilities don't fit together well. If you do play her effectively, she probably looks very powerful.

Decent level of attacking utility with slow and enverate, good damage which you can make excellent with synergies and a certain play style
Decent level of defensive utility with the evade and ability to evade unblockable specials reliably.
Health pool is pretty low so a bit of a glass cannon but overall In terms of balance I would say she is up there, she is also extremely fun to play!
I started to think about this a little and annhilus while having a unique and original tool kit and arsenal. Is one average to below average guy. Also while not exactly unique Ultron is average to me
