HB or Tigra for sure. I've heard people taking P2099 up, and Darkhawk and Mysterio are pretty good too

Is there specific reason for Hulkbuster ?
I got as 5-star at rank 5/65 already Guillotine 2099, Guardian and Ghost.
I got CGR for that nice synergies with Pun2099 + NickFury's one

Tigra requires a lot of skill isnt? and a dup maybe

Hulkbuster Absolutely.
You will find most satisfying damage and utility and rotation.
