Duped?

What does "duped" mean? I tried searching but just got dozens of threads where people say they "duped" their champs, no explanation of the meaning.

it is when someone gets a champ for the second time and the unlock there sig ability it makes the champ better

It means you got the same champ twice and awakened their ability

Duplicated. Found a second time. In this context, it also equals "awakened". Unlocks their special ability.
