Holy c**p Civil Warrior buff looks insane . Next Warlock ?

Immune to Nullify + reduces bleed and poison potency per Armor buffs , heal block on heavy (he had it already ), power drain on sp2.

Are they trying to make him next Warlock in terms of utility ? Maybe ?

I am pretty bummed out when I pulled him from Aegon incursion crystal few days back. Now, I finally have a tech champ that I can rank up.

I usually look at these champion buffs from the opposite angle - how much more resources/units it will cost me to fight these champions.

Always Active seems interesting - makes Mystic champions not able to counter him easily. It is nice that class advantage comes into play (Armor Breaks are associated with Cosmic class).
