A call for hood (de)buff

Is really anyone happy about the buff of Hood?the fact that stagger now is shorter and the fact that now he can t apply hex seal with his sp2 is really 2 things that make him a better pg? This is a downgrade, not an upgrade.....

I don't think anyone wants a decent damage dealer with no utility over a weaker hitting champ with a ton more utility.

Happy with him as is. I was able to beat some harder stuff this month for the first time and my 5/65 Hood was a big part of it. Now they are screwing him all up it looks like.

Given that this is supposed to be a buff why is so much stuff worse
so his stagger 12% increased proc chance but sacrifice a third of it's duration-worse stagger
removal fate seal- no more AAR or taking away pre-existing buffs- much worse
90% projectile miss- change to 120% -20% each time so after second hit you have a lower chance to miss than you did previously and after 6 hits you can't miss at all, bye bye p99 counter
power steal, instead of all attacks only triggers on mediums 2/5 instead of 5/5 of your combo, so -60% trigger opportunities and -20% trigger chance
His boosted damage relies on persistent charges that will depreciate like diablo. I hate this, people like ramp up champs because the more you play the champ in a quest the more you are rewarded here The more you play the champ the harder he is to play and the less access to damage you have as you run out of bullets, you are being punished for liking and playing a champ and artificially curtailing his utility. Given on a standard combo you will be doing two mediums to spend 2 bullets you need to stagger a buff every combo, which will be harder with reduced stagger and makes him difficult against opponents that don't trigger many buffs but he is (or was) a good counter to again like p99.
His invisibility is now a buff- it can be nullified meaning against champs like dr strange and sorcerer supreme who I typically use him for because of the difficult to deal with projectile specials he nolonger works against

Actually his miss is a buff all the time , but yeah they nerf a lot of his utility, let's just pray that the damage cover up that but that also not the case

Anybody knows why kabam are calling this updates a buff??? When they are taking away some of vast majority of his utility for a little bit more damage. I wouldnt complain if that damage increased was equal to red Magneto sp2!! But that is not the case. Mystics are supposed to have some kind of fate seal for the most part. Why are you guys removing his hex seal off sp2?

Adding more damage in the expense of less utility is not called a Buff. It's called a "Re-balance. And most re balance are known as Nerf.

Also, best counter for Heimdall sp2 when unblockable(armor up).. you cant dex it.. As Heimdall activates True Strike, evade champs like Spider Gwen cant evade it.. Hood is the best counter..

Now, longer the fight.. weaker his invisibility gets..

Honestly I don't think its too late for Kabam. Just add fateseal to hex. Problem solved everyone happy no?

Need to change back the invisibility and increase stagger length too. Just make the 90% miss of projectile attacks to 100% flat. The end.

The game developer wants to encourage exploring the use of champs, some are niche. So Summoners found use for those champs and they removed that niche ability.
