Why buff Angela?

Hello, I know... ODÍN IS COMING!!! Buuuuuut... Related to the asgardians and more in need for buffs are... Heimdal, Loki, Thor Jane Foster... Hela is debatable. Heimdal would’ve been a great champ for a value only update. Why buff a champ like Angela who is perfectly usable? Anyhow, let the hate pour in...

She was usable but was also basic and overshadowed by almost any other half-respectable cosmic. Now she has competitive damage, a stronger aptitude rotation, big numbers of armor breaks, projectile parries and that is just her unduped.

To respond to why not other Asgardians, Loki, and all 3 Thors (JF perhaps less so) need more complex changes to make them good while their kit makes sense for the character, and Kabam had stated this would be a smaller/simpler buff. Heimdall is already great for synergies and has TS and projectile parry and armor break, so he used to be better than Angela in every department except damage. Idk anything about Hela except she can get massive numbers with high skill lol.
