The Hood Sp2 Bullet-Count

Hey Guys, luv the buff for The Hood! There is just one big downside and I guess it's a bug:

His sp2 costs 10 bullets (each shot + 5 at the end of animation) and he can reach minus 5 with it. Makes it rly hard to ramp up against non-cosmics or buffed up champs.

Just tried him in rol against Winter Soldier and Captain Marvel, happened in both fights.

I have faced this same issue in the side quest.. (-6 bullets)
sorry couldn't record the entire video. took screenshot when i noticed negative bullets count.
