Does Mole-man or Kingpin can counter Tunnel Vision node?

1) Mole-man can shrug off the falter debuff well enough but not reliably.
2) Kingpin with Hood synergy will work really well since he will keep shrugging them off and gain rage stacks. More damage and more power. You need to slow down your game play though since it has a cool down of 0.5 seconds.
3) Magneto completely ignores the node against metal champs. You simply keep healing from the falter debuff and he cannot miss against metal champs after they are magnetized.
