Aren't I qualified for tier 6 above for side quest?

Im still confused as to how the side quest works? Do I need to purchase Casket to play certain tier? If so why can't I purchased tier 6 casket?? Im cav and lvl 60 😳

To purchase casket 6 you gotta play 5 times. Feathers are given once a day, once you use the feather it locks you out

Thats weird, I just purchased casket 1-5 and played tier 1 only yet I'm able to play tier 6 😳
