Did I miss something here? Is this in conjunction with IW Day or is there some suggestion Hela will get some new functionality? Is there an arena event around the corner that would make stamina useful?

Not a complaint—but it seems like an odd jumble of an offer.

    I thought the same thing, very odd to give an offer for such a random champ. The only thing I can think of is that the new synergy with Odin would cause players to want her more?

    I will say though, there was a time when I was roadblocked on 6.2.2 Mr. Sinister and I had Heimdall, but no Hela/Angela. Completely agree about it being random though
