    Needs dupe, solid champ, tons of utility, but situational damage-wise.

    He's a prime target for a tune-up imo. Not much work, just a numbers boost to bring him into the damage meta. A good break for the coders. If I were gonna get greedy I'd ask for some life-steal too.

    I really love Doctor Voodoo. He may not be as good as Doom, Claire or Sorc, but he is still a very well rounded mystic champ.

    One underrated utility that he has is his ability accuracy reduction. On odd combo special attacks, he reduces the ability accuracy by 50%. This translates to champions like Hyperion not triggering his power gain half the time, magik periodically not triggering limbo etc

    Also the odd combo gives additional debuff duration. This means increased parry stun duration. As a result, you can get more parries in matches involving limber and Aq parry curse modifier.

    He is one of the best to awake in the mystic class.
    Voodoo transforms from awaking and high sig, from a bad champ to a very descent champ.
