Next R3 (no T2A or T4CC so it will be quite a while)

Trying to do some long term planning to figure out who my next few r3 champs should be and any input would be welcome. Not interested in prestige currently but that could easily change. Please leave any reasoning as to your answer. (Note: I’m not remotely interested in R3 G2099 so pretend she isn’t there)
