Can someone please tell me should i upgrade my 4 star gamora or cull obsidian.

Cull is better, but honestly until you reach act5 who you use doesn’t matter, just rank up who you feel like. Your 4\* champs will only be useful so long.

Cull is typically better and has more utility.
