  Yes you can, and also I believe this is explicitly intended by the devs to partially compensate for the issues with the event.

  Yes you can, a tip though, Electro with heimdall works well in tier 10 due to Aggression: Fury. You must have an unstoppable buff on you to do normal damage, without it, you do 75% less damage. If you are far away from Mangog, every 12 seconds you gain an unstoppable buff for 8 seconds.
