What’s the horn of worth item? What is it good for?
The Horns (in Inventory) is just an indicator for how many Caskets you have purchased in Store. Can’t actually do anything with them. And should indicate up to what Tier of quests you should be able to run. 5x Horns == ability to run Tier-6 quest (choice between Tier 5/6) 6x Horns == choice between Tiers 6/7... etc.

Mine is still locked at challenge 5, mission 6 should be unlocked alredy
Your's is one of the easier issues, your pic shows you never bought Casket 1 (only 2-5).
So buy #1 and then Tier-6 quest will be available.
(it's “how many” caskets you buy, not “which” caskets)
And should indicate up to what Tier of quests you should be able to run.
5x Horns == ability to run Tier-6 quest (choice between Tier 5/6)
6x Horns == choice between Tiers 6/7... etc.
