Next steps?

Recently got cav and would like to keep going but worried I don’t have a counter for 6.2 champion. Should I give variants a shot first instead? Thinking variant 6 would be easiest for me but that Hyperion gives me a little too much trouble (I only have doom at 3* so I used apoc + cable + random mutants). I also have 4* ghost, colossus, and magneto

wow you have a solid roster, impressive that you got cav with it. It took a couple 5/65s to get me cav. Skilled player indeed

I definitely attribute it all to the revives I used rather than my skill, but thank you!
And yeah these are all my 5* and 6*, but rank 2 Corvus definitely most of the work up to this point (thank you free 6* nexus from ggc to start out)

I don’t much have roster diversity though since I’ve gone for features most of the time so I’ve come to an impasse haha.

Well for one I don't think you should be opening featured crystals until you build a much bigger roster and for two I don't think you should worry about either atm. Doing cavalier difficulty is a really good way to help get yourself tb for the future and exploring act 5 is a very important thing to do. I'm assuming you haven't done act 5 exploration based on your limited roster but if you have idk. If there's any other story quest content before act 6 that you have yet to explore I urge you to do that as well. U can get loads of units that can help you buy more revives as well as 5*s and 5* resources for rank-ups. In any case, the champion and variant content can wait. They're doable but I'd try to keep my money in my wallet if I were you

Thanks for the insight—yeah, I’ve started exploring Act 5 to get back the units I’ve saved to this point. Initially, I only opened dual class and regular 5* but got sentry twice so I started saving up the 5 shards I got from content to go for the featured and have gotten amazing luck (apoc and spiderham), but you’re right, going back to spending 10k shards would help w diversity (though if doom is in the next featured—I might just keep holding my shards haha)

I don’t have a 1* hulk for the Mordo in v4 though—any other 1* that would work?
