**WINTER OF WOE - BONUS OBJECTIVE POINT**
As previously announced, the team will be distributing an additional point toward milestones to anyone who completed the Absorbing Man fight in the first step of the Winter of Woe.
This point will be distributed at a later time as it requires the team to pull and analyze data.
The timeline has not been set, but work has started.
There is currently an issue where some Alliances are are unable to find a match in Alliance Wars, or are receiving Byes without getting the benefits of the Win. We will be adjusting the Season Points of the Alliances that are affected within the coming weeks, and will be working to compensate them for their missed Per War rewards as well.

Additionally, we are working to address an issue where new Members of an Alliance are unable to place Defenders for the next War after joining. We are working to address this, but it will require a future update.

Should kabam have a phone line

I feel a hotline or call center would work better for some summer issues, and would resolve some problems sooner. Am I the only one that thinks this?

    True that, but be the same as reading unhelpful copy and pasted script. With out the hours of delay time between emails.

    I don't know why, it's not an essential service where you need your problems resolved immediately. I get most issues resolved quick enough via mail.

    I wouldn't pay charges to call from one country to another just to resolve a bug in a game ... no thanks .. it's better as it is rn

    You have to realize that your ticket isn't the only ticket they are working on. This game has something like 100 million players. They probably only have less than 50 people working in that center.

    Them telling you it can take 24 hours or more is putting your ticket in a queue line.
