Current state of some champions

Currently, champions who do not yet have a 6-star version are:
Mystic: Magik, Ghost Rider, Doctor Voodoo, Scarlet Witch, Unstoppable Colossus
Cosmic: Hyperion, Medusa
Skill: Punisher, Blade
Mutant: Wolverine, Platinumpool, OG Deadpool
Tech: Spark, Ultron
Science: Quake
I would like to know the status of these champions, since some champions such as Wolverine and Scarlet Witch for a long time did not have a 5-star version.
Will the same be true for some of the champions listed? It would be nice if this could be clarified, many of these champions are champions that the community likes.
