Why BWDO is better than Elsa

Seems like the only sane people in this thread are me and @KDSuperFlash10, which is usually what happens considering we are intelligent beings among others.

All I know is #GAE and #GAR, which means the only skill champ left is BWDO

Fine, ill say it. HB is impractical, he has not a lot of value compared to champs like sentinel, p99, and guardian due to his inconsistency. #GAHB

Also i forgot to address your comment on AAR. Do you actually run pacify? If so, im so sorry.
Sometimes, only when I need to. I mean what champs have AAR at 100%

I mean, would you use a champ with less than 100 to counter something like Thorns or electro unless you have to? No. Im not out here using Ronin over Falcon in any scenario for his 80% aar.

Exactly. In 6.4, I haven’t found a place where I’d use Ronin over 5 other skills in my roster. He just sits there waiting to be used

🤔 BWDO is basically just DPS, I have her at R2 and DDHK has more uses than she does. At her core she is a fun champ , but her mechanics/ kit are so ineffective. She is suppose to be this DAAR champ, but it’s not very accessible. She cannot shrug off debuffs or deal with them, her disorient on the SP1 cannot stack.

Also please don’t use Elsa B as click bait, she doesn’t deserve to be in a conversation with BWDO.
Calling DDHK better than her is an insult, and her damage is better than elsa when 80% of her use imo is damage. So nah.
Well, DDHK for starters has 65% AAR most of times this makes him fundamentally better at her job then she is. Yes or no? She only gets 70% AAR on two medium attacks , only after retaliation. He can handle more than her.

He also has a miss mechanic, he also can shrug off debuffs. I said DDHK has more uses than she does. Correct me if I’m wrong. He also can deal with damage on hit attacks like thorns with max sig.

No doubt about it BWDO has some of the highest damage out there better than Elsa I won’t argue that. But she is not better champ than Elsa.

And regarding your DDHK analysis:
Both of their aars are worthless in endgame content for rhe most part. Both can counter near nothing with this mechanic.

Both can ignore miss in a way. At max sig, he can. But you also have to take him to max sig. plus, in the time DDHK kills an opponent, BWDO finished the quest.
Elsa is miles better than her. BWDO offers nothing unique in her kit except damage sorry she just does.

BWDO doesn’t ignore miss ; she puts an evade charge on her , that just helps you mitigate damage, not the same as a miss mechanic.

I’m not arguing her damage, I think she is top notch damage dealer , just a fun champ closer to the bottom of the barrel of the skill class.

Elsa has busted , coldsnap and incinerates. Thats rare. Only thing rare about bwdo is her shocks and the miss counter. Not to mention elsa's busted is a debuff no champion is immune to it. i changed your comment:-

Her shock is nice but other than for Thunderstruck, how useful is it really? I'm still in act 6 so if there are any nodes which require shock, kindly mention them.

True, but there are so few thunderstruck counters. Im not saying BWDO has much utility, Texas was just discounting her wayyy too much.

So after maybe Mole-Man Falcon or maybe not even them, its all personal preference. Compared to a class like cosmic where the top 4 are pretty darn obvious.

Most nodes you really can’t rely on one champ. DDHK at sig 200 can do it though. Also, Kabam rarely has nodes that have a 100% chase to X unless they force a specific counter , you are usually countering effects from a node with a % to proc like biohazard or something.

Also let’s be real. There is not too much end game in Mcoc at the moment, so this discussion really is just us throwing opinions around.

How is a mechanic that counters miss not a miss mechanic LOL. It is very much a miss mechanic.

That would make champs like DDHK the stuff that fell out of the barrel...
One of the most important mechanics of any champ in the game , being able to retaliate against champs without taking damage and finding openings, it truly is a powerful mechanic, it’s like having a free miss.

She can shrug off non damaging debuffs , she can bypass physical resistance, she can counter evade , she can increase her combats power rate up to 60%.

Yes shock is very rare and it does massive damage. I agree it’s unique.
Most powerful? Thats a stretch. Ever heard of intercepting or side stepping?

I thought we were talking about unique stuff? Sounds like stuff other champs have.. And things others do better...

The most powerful mechanic in the game is the ability to get openings without attempting to intercept. Intercepting sure I can do it , but incursions it’s not something I’m willing to try, in AQ not something I’m willing to try, Maybe in quest I can feel more comfortable doing it.

If you think about some of the most powerful champs in the game we have , most of them have the ability to get openings, cause passive damage , or mitigate damage. Im not saying other mechanics aren’t strong , but these particular abilities make the champs extremely powerful. Elsa has this mechanic.

Aegon- Unblockable
Hyperion- Power Gain
Quake - Miss mechanic
Doctor Doom- power steal
Magik - Power Steal
Vision- Power gain
Capiw - Can take a beating
Corvus - Unblockable
Ghost - Miss+ Unblockable

I can agree about that. This is why skill class is my favorite class, I really wish we would have another class to discuss. Every other champ in each class I feel is pretty consistent with a difference here and there.

I just hope they don’t put so much kit around sigs like DDHK , Gambit , and yellow jacket.
