Special Attacks

20% chance to boost Critical Rating by 1366.67 for the duration of the Special Attack.

Critical Hits

Each time a Critical Hit occurs, gain an Indefinite Critical Rating Passive that Increase Crit Rating by 100 each (Up to 15)
The sheer force of a Critical Hit has a 62% chance to break the target's Armor and apply 758.22 Armor reduction for 5 seconds (Does not stack).
Special Attack 1
- For each projectile attack, 68% chance to inflict a weakness and slow debuff, decreasing target's attack rating by 45% and target's unstoppable and evade ability accuracy by 25% for 10 seconds.
Special Attack 2
- Gain a Cruelty Passive, increasing Critical Damage Rating by 3075 for 8 seconds. This attack ignores 227.78 block proficiency and can crit through block.
Special Attack 3
- 100% chance to Ensnare the opponent for 20 seconds, decreasing ability accuracy and passive evade effects by 30%. 5% chance to inflict stun for each Critical Passive active (Up to 50%) for 5 seconds.
Signature Ability: Great Responsibility
- As a Defender: +0% evade ability Accuracy.
- As an Attacker: For each hit on the Combo meter, gain +99.35 attack (up to 20 hits).

Looks like it could be decent but not enough to even make him better then 90% of champs

The sp1 for example has a unreliable debuffs that does almost nothing to help you since its main bonus is luck based the sp3 is just plain useless since the bonus is very little sp2 is fine but all and all he has almost zero utility with this buff idea and also that 20% chance to evade is very low since alternatively I could get the same ability from stealth spiderman with a 100% chance

Now that I looked into it a bit more its not quite as bad but its still pretty ehh since most champs can get the same buffs
For example stark spider-man can get all the same bonuses minus the slow
