Both provide different utilities so I would suggest to do both eventually.

Molegod is amazing at R5, I r5d mine last week no regrets.

If you need a slow champ, probably go Stealthy. But if you need someone that can counter auto-block, evade, resistances, has easy access to intercepts, easy openings on stun immune, can shrug debuffs, can deal with CSWS, thunderstruck, crit me with your best shot, and diss track, go with Mole God.
