Her aftershock damage was bugged and was super low for the first 1-2 years after her release. Once they fixed her , she got used a lot more.

The difficulty of act 6.2 back in the day made mandatory to play quake style to save pots & items. If the act 6 was kind of act 7 i believe a lot fewer player would invest time and effort to become top quake players.

Though very few players were aware of that. Her popularity increased dramatically throughout Act6 release.
In my opinion, both Quake and Ghost need to be rebalanced, for the game’s health.
I’m not talking about direct nerfs, I’m talking about side nerfing through content.
Future content should include True Strike and Armor Break nodes more frequently, in order to regulate the use of those two, if not at whole quests at least on some paths.

Why not designing content to counter specific champs, to avoid direct nerfs, if these champs are way too overpowered?
You disagree with the fact that these two champs are a tier of their own?

She has dominated since she entered the game. I was forced to learn quake when I started taking AW more seriously and I realized that I needed her to make 6.4 easier so I learned her when 6.4 dropped and haven't looked back since.

Strange everyone talks about how she was op upon her release...she got two buffs since then quietly increasing her damage. Y’all wouldn’t use her when she was released. Her damage from aftershocks back then was trash.

At the time, people were recording the other AW team going into a stacked AW fight and winning with 0 hits and/or where a 4* was wrecking higher tier fights that most champs would have died from block damage or an interaction with the nodes that had unavoidable damage if you attacked regularly. People didn't realize she could win without ever being touched or throwing a hit.

Ultimately, it was just the actual modders who got banned, but some of them said they were Quaking those fights to try and save their butts.

No nerf needed. She has counters from nodes and champs already and more will be added over time. Plus, even skilled quakers still mess up from time to time and get punished and average quakers can't steam roll everything. Of course there are truly skilled quakers who can do just about anything with her, but those people exist for all kinds of champs (like the 2* Shehulk take down of abyss Thing or 2* takedown of the 5.2 Ultron.) No need to nerf someone when skill has taken over. Quake requires skill and dedication to learn and be able to use in unique situations.
