Using a Tech awakening gem on 5* Ghost or Warlock

As the title says, have them both as rank 5 champions and would like to know whom I should awaken with the gem.

Warlock is great, but Ghost gets so much more from the awakening.

Warlock without his awakened ability - don't notice much difference.

Ghost without her awakened ability - I find it annoying to play her.

But seriously, if you don't have much experience with Ghost, play her unawakened for a while and see if you like/manage her playstyle.
