This is what this event should reward in total assuming you do the highest difficulty, hit all 7 node spots, and have *average* luck.
Some other creators made lists that combined both the potential rewards and the guaranteed ones, but I thought the RNG-based rewards should be separate.
Thank you for this T1A stack, it's almost a fully formed T1A there! (Ik it's only 4.5% but there are 7 random drops so it will drop sometimes))
The wording in the announcement is misleading. It says you will see seven paths, but later it says you will see seven fights on "the path." The actual picture shows there is only one big loop of a path with seven small loops you can take or bypass.
My most frequent combo will be
Gold
T4B Frags
T4CC Frags
5* shards
T2A Frags
That is basically the "Warning, defenders have sp3 unlocked" global which u see in the game
It's more like mutant treasure Island crossed with red rifts
To put it another way, the only thing worse than angry players is bored players. Random rewards are not boring. That's why we have casinos, that's why we have lotteries, that's why Japan has more gatchapon machines than trash cans.
The alternative to random rewards is boring rewards (at least, outside of special case circumstances). You don't get to choose between rarely great and always great. You get to choose between rarely great and never great.
Kabam did not invent the idea of random rewards. The psychology of random rewards has been a fixture of the free to play industry since its inception, and it has consistently beaten alternatives to the point where it is difficult to find anyone willing to bet their professional livelihoods on alternatives. Players have *always* complained about them and *always* financially supported them over alternatives, to the point where the games industry simply assumes the complaints about them are completely uncorrelated with players actual gameplay decisions.
Ill be lucky to see any 6* shards all month lmao
