Red mags vs Quake

Was grinding the arena when i came across a 6 star r3 high sig red mags, so anyways I start charging and after 12 or 14 aftershocks his health was 90 percent and it was at this moment i knew i messed up.

People other than me might be aware of it but i had no idea of this interaction and this is what I love about this game, after playing it for years I find things that surprise me the most when I least expect them i.e. when I'm grinding the arena.

Cool ability magneto has, great job by the developers.

Btw anyone know when v7 drops (i know April but that's all I know).

Wait that means quakes aftershock damage is considered a single source even though we get three numbers?

Just a question: do you remember if your opponent had a Prof.X in his team? Because there seems to be a bug with his synergy with magnetos and iceman (mutants get a shield barrier at the start of the fight) where the icon doesn't show but the protection is active for the entire fight ^_^

Probably i mean i don't clearly remember it, it's arena i was watching something and playing so yeah maybe but the barrier would've prevented the damage. Here's what i remember quake's basic hits were doing like 523 to 1000 damage, the only serious damage that mags took was from sp3 around 28% of his health and this is with max suicides.

Or it could be just a bug, if i fight him again I'll record it so there's no confusion about it.

There's currently a bug where if Prof X was on the team, he has that mental barrier synergy active. That barrier absorbs most damage and never goes away thus making your damage output almost 0 in arena against those champs.

Either this or the first explanation of this above. Idk, too lazy to test.
