Ultron self-repair

It is not working for me in AQ.

Half of the tech symbioids always have a heal block (the ones with SL sp1 and Hulkbuster's Sp2).

My ultron is fine too.

The mystic ones will stagger you too if you get hit so you won't proc the next heal.

My ultron works fine, except on the bleed/heal block path
