Should i awaken 6* CGR?

Im looking to take CGR to r3 soon, just a small bit of t5cc to collect. Because of this Id like to see if you guys think its worth using a 6* cosmic awakening gem on him. Thanks in advance for the responses.

For sure, the awakened ability is awesome. Makes him a mystic-like champion in scenarios where you benefit from nullifying buffs, as he has a frequent fate seal.

6 star awakening gems are way too valuable to justify on CGR imo (unless you have a lot of them). I love his awakening, don't get me wrong (I used a 5* gem on mine) but definitely not the 6*. Corvus, Silver Surfer (for prestige), and Venom are a few of the champs who would benefit more in my opinion

The reason why I vote yes is because CGR's sig is useful just at 1 level sig. That's it, awaken him and don't need to worry about putting sig stones on him.

About those other champions mentioned as "more deserving " like Venom and Silver Surfer... sure they can use the awakening but they both need a good number of sig stones to make a difference. Venom needs 70 sigs to achieve 50% of his sig's usefulness. Silver Surfer needs ideally all 200 sigs if it's prestige you're after, otherwise 130 sigs will net you 50% if his sigs usefulness. And we all know how hard 6* sig stones are to come by ....

If you had 6*Corvus, 6* CMM or if Hyperion existed as 6* and you had him, now that would be an understandable dilemma on who to use the AG. But you DONT have any of them (CMM and Corvus you even already have awakened as 5*!!!!) but you DO have CGR which is a killer champ, and awakening would just give him even more of a killer by adding an awesome Mystic champ-like utility.... and all of this just at 1 sig level. It's a no brainer if you ask me ...

Thanks for the advice guys, im gonna use the gem on CGR. Like Ethereality said, I've already got CG and CMM as 5*s, might as well go for it. Cheers 😁
