  It usually comes towards the middle of the month and usually on a Wednesday. It will most likely either be the 14th or the 21st

  Usually drops a week after the new EQ drops. So most likely should be next Wednesday

  ^ When they announced it, they just mentioned it coming out this month, not necessarily today. Usually content like Variant or 7.1 comes out on the wednesday a week after the EQ and side quest just so that there is staggered content and people can stay interested.
