Crossbones awakened ability question

The new crossbones’ awakened ability says that he has x% chance to shrug off debuffs and each time it happens the chance decreases. Does anyone know how quickly the chances decrease and by how much each time?

@Zan0 I saw that too but the second part doesn’t actually explain how it decreases overtime. It says that the shrug off decreases within 3 seconds but it doesn’t say how it decreases permanently. Maybe I’m misinterpreted though.
