Thermal lock on node

It's states when centurion is locked on his specials to activate cost him half so how come he keeps getting full bar of power after using sp1 first and keep in mind i never push him beyond sp1 so once he has sp1 no more power is given to start pushing to sp2. I am pretty sure in math half means half not full lol

Are you sure he didn’t have 1.5 bars of power, and triggered an L1 spending 0.5 leaving him with 1?
