Cav EQ - Tech quest. Parrying does not grant fury.

What title says. I am using my r3 warlock in the Cav EQ tech class quest and he is supposed to be power draining and getting a fury with every well timed block as per the node, however, it is not happening.
The fury seem to be random. Some parries will grant fury and some won’t.
I will post a video in some time that I have recorded.

    I have 1 point in it. Why does mastery set up prevent beneficial nodes from activating that’s strange.
