Regarding Red Goblin Attacks

Can the Red Goblin be updated in the view of his attacks?
Like while charging towards opponent, during the first successful hit he makes there should be incineration charged on the opponent, keeping in mind the flame he generates during special attack 1.
The incineration charged on the opponent after special attack 1 also sometimes causes low damage.
