Glave is not gaining charges in AQ is he broken kabam?

    Why doesn’t his s2 drain power when aq champs are at full power bars? Yes he has charges. Happened to me yesterday

    He still gets the charges. There is a bug that prevents the persistent charges from appearing. Corvus isn't affected ability wise from this bug except you don't see the blue icon. You will however still see your buffs according to how many charges you have and if you gain true strike it will appear vs true damage.
