**Known AQ Bug**

We are completed to A7 all day with Maximum Honor Points. But 5th. Honor point is uncounted. 14.850 honor point is lost. Please, correct this problem.
I don't think this kind of correction is as easy as we think.
It’s a bit worrying as to will we face the same issue in this weeks AQ as well. Hopefully they get it resolved before this weeks AQ comes to an end.
People may ask “did you get rewards”, answer “yes”, not knowing what the question really was.
Or otherwise, not every alliance would have actually been bumped up to a higher level of Rank Reward, Peak Milestone, etc, by that missing day-5 Honor/Bonus points. So obviously not every alliances was affected.
So in that case, they may be saying “nope, we weren’t affected”, and then people seeing that wonder why they got their full amount and others didn’t.
We play AQ for that 10% t5cc
It's a priority for them. They have to-
Make sure it doesn't happen again and find the issue.
They have to sort through all of the alliances that participated in the last AQ cycle and see who was effected.
They have to figure out the difference in rewards that were owed.
It's been 5 days. 2 of those days were the weekend. Give them more time. I'm sure you can do it faster but you don't work for them.
I think a little transparency on the priority of this issue relative to other issues their team is working on, setting expectations with us on an approximate timeline for resolution and timely communication (updates every other day or so) goes a long way.
Few open questions:
- Will/Can this affect alliances again this AQ series?
- Is the approximate timeline of a fix a few days, a few weeks, or even longer?
