@kenadroid they've acknowledged it as an issue. They won't ignore it. They need to figure out who and how much people were effected. Plus it's going into a weekend as well. They'll make it right like they always do.

The team's still working on getting this issue sorted out and getting everyone the rest of the rewards they should've received. Did this issue only effect an handful of Alliances then? Seems odd there have not been more questions about it. We were affected and as well as missing honour rewards fell outside our expected rank rewards bracket.

Could be that sone didn't pay attention. Could be some don't use the forums. Could that some saw this post and didn't say anything. Could be it was just a handful of alliances. Not sure we'll ever know.

2 issues. 1st, are you sure ? People may ask “did you get rewards”, answer “yes”, not knowing what the question really was.
Or otherwise, not every alliance would have actually been bumped up to a higher level of Rank Reward, Peak Milestone, etc, by that missing day-5 Honor/Bonus points. So obviously not every alliances was affected. So in that case, they may be saying “nope, we weren’t affected”, and then people seeing that wonder why they got their full amount and others didn’t.
The team is still looking into this issue and working on getting it resolved and rewards sent out as quickly as possible. Once we have a definitive timeline we can give everyone for when this will happen, we'll let everyone know here.

It's a priority for them. They have to- Make sure it doesn't happen again and find the issue. They have to sort through all of the alliances that participated in the last AQ cycle and see who was effected. They have to figure out the difference in rewards that were owed.
It's been 5 days. 2 of those days were the weekend. Give them more time. I'm sure you can do it faster but you don't work for them.
Let’s not get into an argument with each other on this as we’re all (including Kabam) looking for the same thing - a resolution to the problem and rewards to be sent out.

We are completed to A7 all day with Maximum Honor Points. But 5th. Honor point is uncounted. 14.850 honor point is lost. Please, correct this problem.
