    @kenadroid they've acknowledged it as an issue. They won't ignore it. They need to figure out who and how much people were effected. Plus it's going into a weekend as well. They'll make it right like they always do.

    We are completed to A7 all day with Maximum Honor Points. But 5th. Honor point is uncounted. 14.850 honor point is lost. Please, correct this problem.

    You can feel free go ahead and claim any rewards you've already been sent. The team's still working on getting this issue sorted out and getting everyone the rest of the rewards they should've received. This may take a bit of time, so we thank everyone for their patience as we work to get this resolved. As soon as we have concrete information to share on a more definitive timeline, we'll make sure to give everyone an update.

    @Kabam Zibiit if we impacted by this do we need to stay in the same alliance? If so do you have any info if this will be sorted by Monday when AQ starts again?

We're also working on getting everyone their missed rewards and so, if you were affected, we would recommend not leaving your Alliance until after those rewards have been distributed and claimed. Due to the nature of this issue, we don't currently have a definitive timeline for when it will be resolved and when rewards will be sent out, but we thank you for your patience and will update everyone as soon as new information is available to be shared.

    I understand that but normally when people switch they give their alliance notice and that alliance has a replacement coming in and there is a new ally holding a spot. Once you have started the process it’s hard to just say I’m not leaving...

    You'll probably have to stay for the next cycle or risk losing the rewards. I doubt anything will happen by Monday. Zibiit posted the message yesterday. Today is Sunday. It's frustrating but not much they can do about it at the moment. I'm sure they need to comb through the data and see how many alliances were affected and how. That takes time. Also they need to figure out the issue as well.

    If you need to leave alliances just go. I wouldn't stay for 10% t5cc and a few glory.

    Did this issue only effect an handful of Alliances then? Seems odd there have not been more questions about it. We were affected and as well as missing honour rewards fell outside our expected rank rewards bracket.

    It’s a bit worrying as to will we face the same issue in this weeks AQ as well. Hopefully they get it resolved before this weeks AQ comes to an end.

    Could be that sone didn't pay attention. Could be some don't use the forums. Could that some saw this post and didn't say anything. Could be it was just a handful of alliances. Not sure we'll ever know.

    2 issues. 1st, are you sure ?
    People may ask “did you get rewards”, answer “yes”, not knowing what the question really was.

    Or otherwise, not every alliance would have actually been bumped up to a higher level of Rank Reward, Peak Milestone, etc, by that missing day-5 Honor/Bonus points. So obviously not every alliances was affected.
    So in that case, they may be saying “nope, we weren’t affected”, and then people seeing that wonder why they got their full amount and others didn’t.

    Doesn't seem like this is much of a priority even though some of us effected really count on the T5CC and extra Glory that we didn't get. Don't know why this is being neglected

    Well hi there stranger.

    It's a priority for them. They have to-
    Make sure it doesn't happen again and find the issue.
    They have to sort through all of the alliances that participated in the last AQ cycle and see who was effected.
    They have to figure out the difference in rewards that were owed.

    It's been 5 days. 2 of those days were the weekend. Give them more time. I'm sure you can do it faster but you don't work for them.

    Let’s not get into an argument with each other on this as we’re all (including Kabam) looking for the same thing - a resolution to the problem and rewards to be sent out.

    I think a little transparency on the priority of this issue relative to other issues their team is working on, setting expectations with us on an approximate timeline for resolution and timely communication (updates every other day or so) goes a long way.

    Few open questions:
    - Will/Can this affect alliances again this AQ series?
    - Is the approximate timeline of a fix a few days, a few weeks, or even longer?
