I wonder how Ronin is hand to hand , he uses swords all the time . Same is with Thor Rags and BWDO ...1 uses a rod other uses Baton. This list makes no sense at all.

I love that you do the tl;dr on these now. Can we please start including the 10% t5cc objective in the announcement? It would be great, especially if it was something involving roster preparation. It kinda stinks that I’m going to spend the next level up deciding between putting iso into 6-star Guardian and BWCV, or 4-star Doom and Warlock just in case the 4-star cavalier EQ challenge returns.
8.5K 6 star shards is really something as well as the t1 alpha. It seems like a good side-quest. Only thing I'd change is to allow the use of potions outside the side-quest. I'm on GM and the current potions are quite outdated. Those really would have helped.
It's clearly Melee fighters not gun fighters. BWDO's batons, TR's club, DD's batons, Killmonger's swords are melee weapons, same as Elektra's sai and sword.
Don't ask me to explain Hawkeye's bow, but it's a martial arts weapon, that takes skill and practice. Any old twonk can point a gun and pull a trigger.

Aegon - fists and some thunder bolts sorta Both Black Panther - vibranium claws and some fists Black Widow - fists in basic attack, charged gauntlet in sp3 BWDO - uses batons most of the attacks incuding specials Both DD - fists and some stick in sp3 Elektra - fists, shuriken and katana in specials Hawkeye - fists for basic attack and bow + arrow in specials Karnak - all fists whatever Killmonger - same as black panther's, with some daggers Ronin - mostly katana on attacks, bow and arrow on sp3 Stealthy - web shooters and some fists Squirrel Girl - fists and sling shot i guess Thor (Ragnarok) - Bat and Shield
So yeah, after the weapon check, there's no guns found and we're good to go with these crystals.

Nearing close to 200 skill/mutant crystals opened without any Aegon luck. This side quest is my last attempt before calling quits for a few months if I don't pull him

Um, BWDO maybe (electric baton things)? Squirrel Girl literally uses squirrels in her sp1. Doesn't Ronin have a sword? @kabam
Wow, can anyone give a reason for why the potions are no good outside of the event itself? That's pretty rough. So players who don't need them for the event itself will essentially receive nothing. While other players will be enabled to punch above their weight to complete higher levels of the event than they could normally do on thier own.
At least before, every player had an opportunity to use them for *something*. So long as they were used during the time the event was active. That seemed like an equal opportunity. This just feels bad. Feels like punishment for seasoned players who have the ability to complete the event without item use. Or at least if they could be traded for something it wouldn't feel as bad.
