Champion gone missing. Account hacked?

I discovered today that my 3* Jabari Panther was gone from my roster. I got her in the first round of arena, sold her, and got her back at the last milestone in round 2. Used an awakening gem on her, and put in one of those generic 99 lvl sig stones. Today I was gonna try her with Black Panther OG, but she was nowhere to be found. Am I the only one this happened to?
