Crashing in Labyrinth of Legends

As the title states the moment I attempt to fight either red hulk or starlord in labyrinth of legends my game immediately freezes. I just got back into the game, is a new bug or something?(I did contact support, but they blew me off telling me to just restart my phone, I am using a Moto Power 2021 if that helps)

    Huh, hopefully it gets fixed soon. I just 100% Act 5 and I plan to 100% lol before clavier
