    If we are being technical, some of those are passives and not debuffs.
    And like Berjibs said, you missed out 2 very high DoT debuffs while including some very weak ones

    AA is still up there. Against a poison immune champ where he just stacks bleeds his damage is still very good , especially with 5 points in deep wounds
