Screw Guardian. I've waited nearly 3 years for a 5* Ghost (There has to be something in-game to fix these years long droughts). No guarantee you'll get him before 2024 and Ghost not only needs the sigs, She's arguably the best champ in-game. Max her out and worry about Guardian in 2022.

Guardian with sig, get's more defensively great.
Meanwhile the power gain is great with high sig for Ghost.
It's totally your choice from here, yet I'd like to say Ghost deserves it more.
