First 2k are in Chapter 1 Gated Path, The remaining 8k are in chapter 2. Wait for it to unlock.

2k shards and chapter 1 quest 1 three star chest
3k at chapter 2 quest 1 3* chest
5k at chapter 2 quest 2 2* chest( coz in 3* tier 2 alpha fragments r there)
