Cap (Infinity War) damage reflected by Mr. Negative?

Is this a normal interaction? I don't see any nodes or abilities that should be causing CAIW's damage to be reflected back to him. Video of my (poorly played) experience below of CAIW vs Mr Negative.

CAIW’s nullify ability seems to be triggering MN’s signature ability.

MN is immune to nullify... but cap's immunity triggers it? Or is it the fact that caiw nullifies unstoppable with bulwark up?

Either way I'm thinking this must be a bug.

This is the exact reason. CAIW nullifies unstoppable on every hit when he has his kinetic charges up. Mr. Negative does damage when nullify fails. So it is not a damage reflect but rather a signature ability damage. When u fight thing with CAIW notice that he gets immune text whenever you will hit him with kinetic charges up.

Yeah, I spotted this too:

This definitely isn't really something that could be 'as intended': it's the same problem Thing, Cap and Iron Fist have fighting Annihilus; where their supposedly limited Nullify abilities would consume the Cosmic Control Rod (which they shouldn't, really), and find themselves fighting an angry Annihilus who suddenly had three Fury effects.

I'm going to go do some testing of those champs against Mister Negative, just to confirm.
