Nick Fury or Moleman to R3?

Which 6* should be my first R3 skill? I am leaning towards Moleman since I already have a 5* awakened NF at 5/65. Moleman is a new champ for me and I'm loving his utility so far.

Ranked him yesterday. His utility is amazing and/or a heavy hitter.

Plus, NF is bugged with the persistent charge issue and without his dupe, he's ok, but not anything super special. Might as well get some benefit out of your R3 now and focus on the other later.
