By collecting data, i meant you might be working on kabam dev team, seeing whom players love, and whom they don't.

Also, please don't try and start controversies. There's a lot of conflict going on with the arenas. We don't need another thread having people fighting.

Unfortunately the buff didn’t really move him up the ranks in terms of being better than others who do similar things.
Then...the details were revealed.
Overhaul =/= best champion ever
All the buffs mean is that they take a champion who is underperforming and they improve them so they aren’t a bad pull for your average player. Just because a champion isn’t the next god tier doesn’t mean the buff is bad.
How good a champion is after the buff is not linked to the level of buff, tune up, moderate or overhaul. You could have a tune up that takes a poor champion and makes them the next god tier, or you could have an overhaul that takes a poor champion and makes them a decent champ to have in late act 5 for a progressing player.
The only difference between tune up, moderate or overhaul is the champion pre buff. Do they have abilities to work with and numbers can be tuned up, do they have a framework of good abilities but they need a little more with a moderate update, or do they have nothing- and they need an overhaul.
Magneto has started this misconception that overhaul is code for this champion is going to be crazy good.
DDNF buff was extremely successful, at making him a better pull than before. He is now the best miss counter in the game, has nice shrug off utility, decent enough damage, nice DAAR. He’s not going to be any end game players first pick, but that does not make it a bad buff. It is a successful buff for mid tier players pulling him as their first 5 or 6*. Which is what the buffs are meant to do- even if occasionally we will get a falcon or magneto level buff.
