Mystic master of the ten rings bug. [Not bug]

Stuck on 4/5 fights on mystic master of the ten rings special check list. I have tried several different champs and fight modes and still no luck. Help!

I've seen this on other challenges too where you do the mission successfully and it doesn't register requiring multiple attempts... eventually it does work but it's annoying.
