The score in the picture is a prediction for 6 star/5 star champion cutoff, which is not accurate. But I think OP's question is what is the cut off for 1-5% rank reward, don't have accurate data, but I believe it is in the ballpark of 21/22 M.

@rivet I forgot to check it I claimed it already I think 17 mil is safe spot to get 6-10% but I can't do that with my 5 star roster but will see
